Support Group

A  support group provides a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for individuals with similar concerns or challenges, example, individuals who have depression, anxiety, parents of children with depression or school refusal etc. It is a space to safely share your experiences with others.

It allows the individuals to build a sense of community, break stigmas around challenges and also learn coping strategies. When individuals share their experiences, they also learn from other’s experiences and being surrounded by the support of others sailing in the same boat can also provide a sense of security while minimizing the feeling of being alone.
